 To ensure optimal service and availability for all our clients, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service MAY be charged. No shows WILL result in 100% of the scheduled service price. Thank you for your understanding. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled. The health and safety of our clients and staff remain our top priority. I kindly ask all of my clients to please cancel your appointment if you are feeling unwell or exhibiting any symptoms.
